Refund & Consultation Policy
This policy explains the general approach for consultation fees, service charges and refund-related requests.
Consultation Fees
Any consultation fee, assessment fee or appointment-related charge may be non-refundable once consultation, profile assessment, counselling or document review has been provided.
If any fee condition is different for a specific service, it should be confirmed in writing before starting the service.
Service Charges
Service charges may cover counselling, documentation guidance, profile assessment, application support, follow-up work, coordination and administrative effort.
Once work has started on a client file, refund eligibility may be limited depending on the work already completed, third-party charges involved and the specific service agreement.
Third-Party Fees
Fees paid to third parties such as institutions, employers, government portals, embassy/high commission systems, courier, payment gateways, medical, insurance, exam bodies or other external service providers are subject to their own rules and refund policies.
Western Path Consultancy Service cannot guarantee refund of third-party charges once paid or processed.
No Refund for False or Incomplete Information
Refund may not be applicable where the client provides false documents, incomplete information, forged details, hides important facts, delays required documents or withdraws after work has started.
Clients should provide accurate information and documents to avoid delay, refusal or service interruption.
Refund Request Process
Any refund request should be submitted in writing with payment proof, service details and reason for request. The request will be reviewed according to the service stage and applicable terms.
Approved refunds, if any, will be processed through a suitable payment method after verification and deduction of applicable charges, work completed or third-party costs.
